Warranty Terms and Conditions


Warranty Duration 


One-year factory warranty on all Southern Tactical products (Excluding surplus and non-Southern Tactical manufactured products).  The warranty date begins when the product is purchased, after checkout is completed.  Any products purchased from Southern Tactical that exceeds the one-year coverage are not eligible for Warranty Coverage, and therefore, do not qualify for warranty repairs.


What does the Limited Warranty cover?


Warranty covers any defect in any parts, materials, or craftsmanship that causes the product to not function properly.  During the warranty period, Southern Tactical will repair or replace, at no charge*, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material, parts or craftsmanship; under normal use and maintenance.

*This includes the cost of shipping


What the Limited Warranty doesn't cover


This warranty doesn't cover any issue that is caused by: Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, accidents or negligence, damage caused in the process of shipment and modifications to the product. 


Limitation of Liability


In the event of a product failure or malfunction, Southern Tactical is not liable for any losses or damages that may occur.  These include: personal injuries, property damage due to accidents or negligence and financial losses.


Claiming Warranty Service


To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Southern Tactical to determine the problem and see if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If the product qualifies for warranty coverage, then we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to have the product shipped back to us for repairs.


If your product doesn't qualify for Warranty Services, then we'll determine the most appropriate solution for you.


Online Sales Terms and Conditions



 All products purchased will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.  All small items, such as: Handguns, magazines, parts, parts kits or any other small item, will be shipped via USPS.  Larger items, such as: Rifles, Muzzleloaders (black-powder rifles), large gun parts kits, ect. will be shipped via Fed-Ex.  We do not accept any third-party pre-paid shipping labels, all product shipping will be provided by Southern Tactical.  When check-out is complete, you will receive tracking via email from Fed-Ex or USPS, depending on what product is purchased and what type of shipping it qualifies for.



 For payment, we accept: personal check, certified check, money orders (prefer USPS), credit card (3% charge using: Visa, MasterCard and Discover). If sending a check or money order via USPS, your item won't be shipped UNTIL we receive payment.  Before completing check-out, make sure all your payment information is correct (including billing information).


*WARNING: Our products aren't legal in all states and local areas, it's your responsibility to know your state's gun laws.  Firearms that require a FFL, may only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL Holder).
