FFL QUESTIONS

Question: I skipped FFL at checkout, how can I add the FFL to my order?

Question: How do I know if you received my dealer’s FFL?

Answer: When we receive your dealer’s FFL with your order number and name, you will be notified when we ship your item via email with a tracking number from Fed-Ex or USPS.

Question: My dealer requires your FFL before he will send their FFL.

Answer: We do not send our FFLs to individuals.  We will send a copy of our FFL to the FFL dealer chosen at checkout, to which the buyer’s FFL should send us a copy of theirs as well, which is a standard practice in firearm transactions.

Question: My dealers FFL Failed EZ Check. What do I do?

Answer: If you receive an email that your FFL dealer failed EZ Check, you will need to contact them and have them send us an up to date and valid FFL or choose a new dealer and have them email us their FFL with your name and order number.  Dealer FFL's can fail EZ Check for many reasons including being expired.
