Thank you for visiting our website. The use of Southern Tactical, including visits and placing orders, constitutes agreement to our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you are accepting the Southern Tactical Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to review the following information carefully. If you are not in agreement with and/or acceptance of these terms, please do not continue to use the website.
AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Southern Tactical is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I have never been, and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been, and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I will use products purchased from Southern Tactical for lawful purposes only.
- If purchasing a firearm, it will be transferred in the name of the person paying for the item via the web site & will not be for another person.
LEGALITY
You agree that any products purchased from Southern Tactical will be used for lawful purposes only, and that you are aware of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the product(s) that you are purchasing, and by purchasing and possessing those items, you will abide by all those laws and regulations.
You agree that any manufacturing, assembly, or modification of any kind, conducted on firearms or any other product of any kind, using parts, components, accessories, or any other item purchased from Southern Tactical will be done within legal and regulatory parameters as established by the federal, state, and local authorities. Additionally, you confirm that by manufacturing, assembling, or modifying any product purchased from Southern Tactical or any other product using products purchased from Southern Tactical you will abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You agree that you will abide by all NFA laws and BATFE regulations. Please check with your local authorities and/or with BATFE before making any modifications. Special federal, state, and/or local licensing, permission, and/or registration may be required for some modifications and builds prior, during, and/or after you commence such activities.
You agree not to hold Southern Tactical liable for any legal consequences resulting from ignorance or deliberate disregard for those federal, state, or local regulations and laws. Southern Tactical will take all reasonable measures to inform the buyer about the legalities concerning each product and not sell and/or ship items where prohibited. However, you agree that the final burden falls with you, the buyer.
LIABILITY
Southern Tactical does not assume any liability for any harm caused by improper or misuse of products purchased from Southern Tactical. You agree not to hold Southern Tactical liable for any such harm caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance performed by you or by any other entity. Southern Tactical recommends consulting with a professional gunsmith before performing any installation, modification or maintenance.
FIREARM SALES
Southern Tactical does not ship firearms directly to the end-user once the purchase is completed. All transfers of firearms must go through a federal license holder (FFL). If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, you must decide with an FFL in your state and jurisdiction of residence to receive and transfer the firearm to you. Reference the How to Buy section for how to complete the firearm(s) transaction. All firearms will be shipped to the premises address indicated on the receiving Federal Firearms License with no exceptions. All required paperwork and background checks must be done by your local FFL holder before transferring the firearms to you. Southern Tactical does not take any responsibility or liability for any complications arising from the federally mandated background checks or other issues with your FFL dealer. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the FFL dealer in advance of the order to arrange all transfer details. Southern Tactical does not contact FFL dealers to arrange transfers or request paperwork.
By placing a firearm order through Southern Tactical, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, that you are legally allowed to purchase firearms in that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereas purchasing and possession of firearms by you may be deemed illegal, you are not entering in any kind of activity that may be viewed illegal by any federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and that you are not committing any act of felony (Straw Sale, etc.).
Some of the firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the state and/or city in which you reside. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any item being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a firearm you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order. Southern Tactical is not responsible for orders placed for illegal items in your area and all returns due to this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Firearm orders that are canceled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Firearms that are returned by your local FFL due to failed background checks or any other complications will incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Southern Tactical is not affiliated with any transfer dealers, however we can provide a list of dealers we have shipped to in the past. All transfer arrangements are between you, the client and your dealer; we are not responsible for arranging or negotiating transfers. Southern Tactical will ship the firearm to the dealer you choose. Any complications that may arise with your FFL transfer dealer after the shipment has left our facility are the customer’s responsibility since you chose the dealer and Southern Tactical has no affiliation with the dealer. By placing the order, you agree that you will not attempt to back charge or ask for other compensation for problems experienced with your FFL transfer.
By placing an order for a firearm and choosing a credit card payment option, you acknowledge that the order will ship to your chosen FFL transfer dealer & not your billing address. The FFL will not be the same as your credit card billing address and you waive the right & ability to post a credit card charge back due to any issues or complications with your transfer.
All firearm sales are final, please inspect your firearm at the FFL dealer before processing the transfer, if there is a problem, please leave it at the dealer and contact us via email with the details so we can assist. No returns or exchanges will be processed on any firearm after the transfer. The firearm manufacturer should be contacted directly regarding any technical questions or warranty issues. If you need contact information for the manufacture, this is normally located in the owner manual. If not, please feel free to email Southern Tactical for contact info.
MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS
Southern Tactical will not ship high-capacity magazines to any state or city that has restrictions. For convenience, below is a list of states that have magazine restrictions. Use this as a reference only as state and local laws change frequently. Please check your local & state laws!
- California - 10 Rounds
- Colorado - 15 Rounds -No shotgun mags over 8 rounds. Local jurisdictions may vary!
- Connecticut - 10 Rounds
- Delaware - 17 Rounds
- District of Columbia - 10 Rounds

AMMUNITION SALES & RESTRICTIONS
By placing an order for ammunition through Southern Tactical you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase ammunition and that you are legally allowed to purchase ammunition and that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereas purchasing and possession of ammunition by you may be deemed illegal and that you are not entering in any kind of activity that may be viewed illegal by any federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and that you are not committing any act of felony.
It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any ammunition being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a magazine you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order.
Southern Tactical will not ship ammunition to the State of California, Massachusetts, New York, Alaska, Hawaii and Chicago, IL.
Ammunition must ship via FED-EX Ground, orders that request shipments to PO Boxes will be cancelled.
ALL Ammunition shipments will be sent Signature Required to verify delivery and limit theft. Please make sure you can sign for the delivery.
Ammunition orders are non-returnable. No returns will be accepted on ammunition due to safety and liability reasons.
REBATES AND COUPON OFFERS
From time to time, Southern Tactical offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. Southern Tactical, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria have been met to qualify for a stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. You will be informed of any order changes via the phone number or email address listed with your order.

PAYMENT
All orders placed online must be paid in full prior to shipping, Payment details are outlined in the How to Buy section.
TERMS OF SALE
Placing an order through Southern Tactical does not constitute a sale nor does it entitle you to the products ordered through Southern Tactical. All above mentioned conditions must be met before Southern Tactical finalizes the sale of merchandise. Southern Tactical may require additional documents (licenses, permits, etc.) before completing the sale. If your order includes a firearm, Southern Tactical will require your transferring FFL holder to have a copy of their license on file with Southern Tactical before finalizing the order. All payment requirements must be met before a sale can be finalized and merchandise can be shipped out. By placing an order with Southern Tactical, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
ORDER PROCESS AND SHIPMENT
Most orders are usually processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days but could take up to 5 business days. Firearm & regulated items will not ship until the required information is received and verified by Southern Tactical and payment is received in full. If your order contains both a firearm and accessories, the accessories will ship to the FFL dealer with the firearm; we do not offer split shipments on the same order.
Southern Tactical is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during shipment.
Southern Tactical will cancel any order that has a different recipient name and delivery address (firearms excluded), no exceptions.
Certain high value shipments of $300.00 or more will require a signature to guarantee delivery this is also required for Optics, Parts Kits, Ammo and Firearms Uppers. It is your responsibility to be able to sign for the shipment, any returns because of a lack of signature will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

Changes to the delivery method, delivery options, address change or correction, or any other modification that will require carrier’s intervention, IS NOT PERMITTED!

THE SOUTHERN TACTICAL GUARANTEE
All manufactured products sold by Southern Tactical are guaranteed to be new and free of manufacturing defects and are covered by the manufacture warranties unless otherwise stated. Southern Tactical does not offer warranty repair or replacement parts for NON-MANUFACTURED items, which is any firearm or item that isn’t built by Southern Tactical.
REFUNDS POLICY
Any request for a refund claim must be done in writing via email so we can document the time and date of the request. No refund request can be made via phone or voice mail. Please send us all your contact info and a brief description of the problem or request so we may assist, Email:
Southern Tactical has a strict NO EXCHANGE POLICY, which includes Firearms, Parts Kits, Ammo or any other items manufactured or sold by Southern Tactical.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine & validate the return. If the refund claim is approved, you will be refunded using the original method of payment. Refunds will not include original shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process. You will see a refund confirmation emailed to you from the credit card processor once completed. Please note: Depending on the speed of the various banks involved it may take 2 to 5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Before we can process a refund, we must have your return in hand and inspected. No refunds are given before we receive the return. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process after receiving your return.
WARRANTY POLICY
Any request for a warranty claim must be done in writing via email so we can document the time and date of the request. No warranty claim can be made via phone or voice mail. Please send us your warranty claim so we may assist, Email:
If the firearm qualifies for warranty inspection, then we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to have the firearm shipped back to us. Upon receiving the returned firearm, we will fully examine and inspect the firearm to determine if it qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement.
If the warranty claim is approved, you will be notified and Southern Tactical will make the necessary repairs or send a replacement. This process usually takes 5 to 10 business days to complete but could take longer, by which time the buyer would be notified if there’s any delay.
If your product doesn't meet the Southern Tactical Warranty Policy, then we'll determine the most appropriate solution for you.
There is no warranty on used products not manufactured by Southern Tactical.
Southern Tactical neither warranties nor guarantee’s any USED weapon or military surplus firearm purchased that isn’t manufactured by Southern Tactical, due to age, durability and other variables. These classifications of firearms are safety checked and function tested only!
You may not repair an item covered under warranty and ask Southern Tactical to cover unauthorized repairs.
Any warranty return items must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer; this includes boxes and accessories. Warranty returns must first be authorized by Southern Tactical, and any warranty item sent back without the below mentioned, will be denied.
Any firearm warranty return must be double boxed and must include a photocopy of the front and rear of your driver’s license, as well as your receipt of purchase. Any warranty item that is sent back without a photocopy of the front and back of your driver’s license, will be delayed in processing or returned to the buyer with the warranty claim being denied.
LEGAL
Southern Tactical is a licensed business in the State of Virginia. Southern Tactical complies with all applicable State and Federal laws. All products and persons associated with Southern Tactical comply with State and Federal restrictions.
By using, viewing or accessing www.southerntactical.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws will govern these Terms & Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Southern Tactical.
By using, viewing or accessing the Southern Tactical, you agree that: (I) our website shall be deemed solely based in the state of Virginia; and (ii) our website is a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Southern Tactical, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Virginia State. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the state of Virginia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any legal action concerning any claim or dispute between you and Southern Tactical that arises in whole or in part from our website, the purchase of any Southern Tactical products or any other transaction between you and Southern Tactical shall lie exclusively in Hanover County, Virginia and by using, viewing, purchasing and/or accessing the Southern Tactical website you expressly consent to jurisdiction and venue in such court.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Southern Tactical on our website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Southern Tactical concerning our website. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions or the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions therein, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Terms & Conditions or the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Southern Tactical’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions or the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Southern Tactical reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions or the Southern Tactical Privacy Policy for any changes. Your use of our website following any amendment of these Terms & Conditions will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our website or related services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.
CANCELLATIONS
We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. Our business is not set up to change orders easily and need our customers to be sure of their order before placing it via the web site. If you place an order and want to change it the only option is to cancel the order. Any Cancelled orders will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee for firearms. We immediately start to process the paperwork for orders so we cannot guarantee that the order will be able to be stopped before shipping out. ANY order cancellations must be submitted via email to:
Please include your name, the item purchased, the date of placing the order and reason for the cancellation & in the subject title mention cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request but there is NO GUARANTEE of this since we are shipping orders daily. It may take up to 24 hours for a cancellation, once emailed. If an order is shipped out and you still want to cancel you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and 25% restocking fee. If Southern Tactical must cancel your order for any reason, a $50.00 cancellation fee may be imposed.
Refunds on canceled orders are processed at the end of our business week every Sunday. If you cancel on a Monday, you will not see the refund processed until the following Sunday. You will receive an email refund confirmation once processed. Please Note, after the refund is processed the banks may take 1 to 5 business days to transfer funds.
Orders that have shipped out and are then changed will be subject to shipping fees both ways and a 25% restocking fee

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ASSIGNMENT
These Terms & Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted here under, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned only by Southern Tactical without restriction.
CHANGES IN POLICY
Southern Tactical reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions. You agree that Southern Tactical shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service.
